Conference Registration – 17th EUSPR Conference and Members’ Meeting 2026

EUSPR 2026 CONFERENCE

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that registration for the 17th EUSPR Conference and Members’ Meeting will open on May 11, 2026 and will remain open until July 26, 2026. It is important to register for the event within this time frame, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your spot to our conference.

This year, the event will be co-hosted by the Irish Department of Health and the Irish Health Research Board. In the second half of 2026, Ireland will hold the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union for six months. The 17th EUSPR Conference and Members’ Meeting will take place during this period and will contribute to strengthening networking in the field of prevention across Europe.

We are delighted to announce that, as this conference will be part of the agenda for Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this year, there will be no conference fees for the 17th EUSPR Conference and Members’ Meeting. However, please note that EUSPR membership is a requirement for attending the conference. You can join or renew your membership here: https://euspr.org/membership/join-the-euspr/

If you have previously joined the EUSPR for a multi-year membership and you are not sure about your current membership status, please send an email request to the EUSPR office. The current list of EUSPR members (by July 26, 2026) will be checked against the conference registration list to ensure that only EUSPR members will be in attendance.

Registration will be done through the  Ex Ordo platform (https://euspr2026.exordo.com/login). You will receive additional information and reminders regarding the Ex Ordo platform via the EUSPR office but please check regularly for updates. Please note that, due to the event’s collaboration requirements, you will also be requested to complete a second registration with our co-organizers.

We would also like to inform you that the maximum number of conference participants is limited (i. a. due to venue capacity), therefore, we ask you to register as soon as possible and ask for your understanding that participants with an active membership who will present their work at the EUSPR conference will be prioritized (we kindly remember that the call for abstracts is still open (https://euspr2026.exordo.com/login).

We look forward to welcoming you in Dublin,
EUSPR 2026 Scientific Committee and Local Organising Committee

TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON: Don’t forget to register for our pre-conference workshops and social events.

Visa Requests
Please allow plenty of time to request a letter to support your visa application. NB we adhere to international good practice with respect to visas in supporting colleagues to attend scientific conferences. Unfortunately, in keeping with most international conference organisers, we do get some fraudulent requests for support each year. Therefore, we hope that you understand that we will only provide a letter of support that accurately describes your participation. For example, we will state that your work has been accepted for a parallel session or that you have registered and paid your fees, but we will not write that we have specifically invited you to attend or present as that is only reserved for our keynote plenary speakers. Please also note that we will take our own steps to ascertain your prevention credentials.

If you need a travel visa to Ireland, we will be happy to issue an invitation letter to support your visa application, in accordance with good practice outlined above. Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been completed. Invitation letters will be sent by e-mail.

In order to request an invitation letter, just e-mail us with the following information:

  • a good-quality scan of your passport (.pdf or image format)
  • surname/family name and given names, exactly as they appear in your passport
  • contacts: e-mail, phone number
  • affiliation/organisation: name, address, country, the position you hold/occupy, website
  • any additional information you may think is relevant to your application

If you need a travel visa to Ireland, we will be happy to issue an invitation letter to support your visa application, in accordance with good practice outlined above. Invitation letters will only be issued once your membership, registration and payment have been completed. Invitation letters will be sent by e-mail.

As stated above, for the EUSPR 2026 conference, due to a limited maximum number of conference participants, participants with an active membership who will present their work at the EUSPR conference will be prioritized.
