Instructions for Presenters

Here below are the instructions for the presentation formats:

Oral Communication: only on-site, 12-minute-long presentation. If you are unable to travel to Cremona and present your work, please send an email to conference@euspr.org.
E-Poster: on-site or online (live presentation during the conference or you can send a pre-recorded video of yourself presenting your poster). E-posters are a 7-minute-long presentation. Please prepare your poster in a portrait orientation and submit a PDF of your e-poster by 21/08/2024 to conference@euspr.org (the email should have the subject “E-poster + submission number in ExOrdo”, for example “E-poster #01). Please note that Early Career E-posters are eligible for Awards and it is a condition to submit it by the deadline mentioned above.
Campfire: only on-site, one or two presenters discuss their work, and they act as their own facilitators, inviting comments and questions from the audience. Campfire sessions are scheduled in 1 to 1.5h sessions.
Symposium: only on-site, including 4 to 5 presentations, scheduled in 1 to 1.5h sessions.

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare your E-poster

File format: PDF (one page only, portrait orientation).
Poster can be prepared in PowerPoint (1 PowerPoint slide) but must be saved and submitted as PDF file.
Language: English
Include your ExOrdo submission number #

Step 2: Prepare your video (if attending the conference online) or your presentation

In case you are attending virtually and cannot present your E-poster in person, please submit your E-poster in PDF and the video presentation. Video/Audio formats suggested: .mp4 (for example, you can record yourself presenting your E-poster with cameo in PowerPoint). You will be invited via videoconference (Zoom) to attend online your Poster session and be available for questions from the audience.
In case you are presenting your E-poster in person during the conference, you can present the E-poster during 7 minutes.
