Örebro University, Sweden are currently offering fully funded University PhD studentships. These are University funded positions with 4+1 year job security and a good stipend. Dr Metin Özdemir, Associate Professor of Psychology, and long-term supporter of EUSPR, would like to encourage students who want to undertake a PhD in prevention science to contact him in order to discuss applications (Metin.email@example.com). Dr Özdemir’s primary interest are in the conditions and processes that may explain when and how prevention programs work in reducing problem behaviours in children, and how they influence parents.
The deadline is May 5th. A Master’s degree with minimum 60 credits (1 year Master’s) is the basic eligibility requirement but a competent candidate should be able to demonstrate his/her motivation and skills. Publications, conference presentations, and similar other academic work would strengthen the application.
